Family Based Visas**

Petitions for relatives (or future relatives such as a fiance or a prospective adopted child) to immigrate to the United States.


IR  (Immediate Relative) - CR (Conditional Residency) not on Priority Preference Waiting List.

  • the spouse of a U.S. citizen - (CR - is conditional residence for those married less than two years.)
  • the unmarried child under 21 years of age of a U.S. citizen.
  • the parent of a U.S. citizen (if the U.S. citizen is 21 years of age or older.
